Angel Reckley is a name some may not easily recognize on the local music scene, but for those who dive deep; her voice is definitely one that soars high above the crowd. Her voice has been paired with local jazz and lounge bands in the country and she has even lent her talents to the Royal Bahamas Defence Force band for 13 years as she served. Angel says:
“I always knew from a kid that I loved music and I love to sing and make people happy. Music is my life! Not just as a singer, but as an artist and musician first. I approach my music respectfully and intimately, and I always try to convey my true emotions through the music.”
‘Hello World’ is the second single released by Angel and also her first since being signed to independent buy ultram drugs online pharmacies label Island Mind Recordings. The song was written by Iamphe242 another talented Bahamian producer/ songwriter and is the perfect mix of pop and island vibes laced with Angel’s mellow vocals. When asked about how the song came to be Angel said:
I listened the words of Hello World and I loved it! Island Minds Recording’s CEO Edward Hoyte immediately put us in the studio to bring it to life. The words really resonated with me and I’m sure they do with listeners as well.
Hello World is definitely something special and great addition to the new music coming out of the 242! This is definitely great start to 2019 for Angel and we can’t wait to hear what else she has up her sleeve in the upcoming months.
