‘Soulection’ is the first annual art exhibition + fashion show produced by young creatives Ashli and Ashla Bethune along with photographer ShawnT to showcase and promote their art along with the art of other upcoming artist in the country.
The Compass Point pool deck was transformed into an art space like none other as patrons perused the various selections of art. The soundtrack for the night was provided by DJ Triz, who kept the good energy flowing as the staff at compass point kept the food and drink flowing.
The young artist took attendees on a journey of Bahamian art through their eyes, while displaying very urban and ultra modern concepts that were eye catching and well executed.
When asked about the show the organizers said:
We want the show to grow so that we can continue to give other artist along with ourselves a platform to showcase the art, fashion and photography that is being created here in The Bahamas.
