Bahamian entertainer Bodine Johnson (@bodineVictoria) released today the music video for her 2016 Carnival hit “Good Feelings”. The song has been blazing on local radio and deejays have been melding it into the current party playlist. Produced by Rik Carey (@rikCarey) the song’s junkanoo/ soca fusion is a great example of the evolution of the local Bahamian sound and definitely has caught the ears of carnival crowd.
The video was directed by Farreno Ferguson (@thefdotlife) and is all about the spirit of the Bahamian party, one that goes all day and all night. Bodine says that

[/quote]Bodine, is also an official Bahamas Masqueraders artist and thanks the company for their support during both Junkanoo Carnival seasons. The music video features three costumes from the Guanahani 2016 line. “Partnerships like this”, Bodine notes, “are an important part of the promotion of Bahamian artists to the international music community.
