Sammi Starr rocks BEST of the BEST Weekend !!!
Bahamian singer/songwriter Sammi Starr was set this year to make history by being one of the first Bahamian artist to perform on the biggest concert in North America , a Miami staple Best of the Best. With the likes of Rick Ross, Gucci Man and Nicki Minaj on the ticket this was definitely a major move for Sammi. Local station More 94.9 fm intensely promoted the show and had many Bahamians from Nassau and those that live in Miami out to show support, not only at the concert but at a celebration pre party at Miami’s Bayside Hut. The Bahamian crowd at the concert was large, Bahamian flags could be seen from all directions and when Sammi hit the stage one eLIFE 242 fan exclaimed they felt goosebumps.
